How can I return items?

We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 60 days from the parcel signing date. Please submit your return request, here is the return steps :


1. Sign in your CurtainsIn account.


2. Find the order in My Orders, click the “Return Item” button.


3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reasons, and submit.


Once your request has been approved, our customer service will offer you the return address (not the location address or the parcel address). Please send the item back to the return address as soon as possible and then send us the tracking number. Items received unused,Please Note:

1. We reserve the right not to process the refund if your request not be approved or items returned in unacceptable condition.


2. Be sure the parcel undamaged and in the original package.
